Our key service offerings are to shape up the “Look & Form” of our clients: we help them remodel the uniqueness of their designs and define their unique selling points. Our philosophy is illustrated by our concept of “Organic Marketing”, which seeks to enhance the effectiveness of marketing by creating unique design concepts at the hotels, minimizes costs and uses key benefits of attractions in & around the destination to support marketing points of view, etc.

What things we do for the members?

According to our own “Organic Marketing” strategy, we minimize costs and shape up our clients’ THINK, “Look & Form” of property and define an unique marketing direction to each.

What the benefits members get?

Design and Marketing are similar … to serve users - users’ behaviours, Design is a little bit broad unlike Marketing which needed to be more specific. First, members will realize more on which costs of design or construction is necessary toward Marketing Points of View. Second, budget will go to the more important and appropriate parts to serve Unique Selling Points. Third, after shaping up “Look & Form”, we can then go following marketing direction which influenced by our own “Organic Marketing” strategy.
